ELA- English Language Arts
Welcome to English Language Arts! ELA consists of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
“The more that you read, the more things you will know.
The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” Dr. Seuss
Reading and writing are the foundations for learning and producing in all subject areas. For a student to be successful in content areas, the student must be a sufficient reader at or above their grade level and be able to express their thinking as a writer.
Our goal for our students this year is to grow as readers and writers and hopefully build a LOVE of reading and writing!
For extra practice of ELA standards, use your student's Google Classroom.
